Not try to make it quietly go away with a un-counseled plea-bargain and not informing lawyers, friends and family to assist you in fighting this 'setup'.
That’s the trouble I have with all this. If this happened to me there is no way in God’s creation that I would not have undertaken every measure to clear my name! I would not have agreed to ANY stinkin’ plea bargin deal!
Since there were no witnesses to this entire episode...other than the cop himself...the lawyer could easily have beaten this deal. It amazes me that Craig thought he could just walk away and never get attention on this. But to be honest...outside of Idaho...does anyone know this idiot? I don’t remember a single interview on CNN or any network in the past two years with the guy.
