Are you afraid of expressing your opinion? I'm not.

You did make a statement of fact. You're right, we are a nation of laws. Laws evolve based upon the will of the people. The only way the laws change is when the will of the people impacts the actions of legislators and judicial activists. The only way to make the laws change is for people to speak out against injustice. Abortion is a grave injustice. Should I sit on may a$$ and not speak out against injustice, or should I speak my conscience and make my thoughts known? How do you suggest I go about affecting change? Should I just accept this tragic "law" and not express an opinion?

You're right, you did state a fact. But you're wrong about communism. There are many communes in the U.S., and they're perfectly legal.
