Your answer is roughly the same as GWB’s, and is as I suspected. If there are any RP supporters with MoveOn ties, then they are aberrations and, by no means, representative of any RP support group. Thanks for responding.

I think that the "MoveOn"-ers are the sort of "Progressive" Leftists who want to Tax, Excise, Proscribe and otherwise Regulate alcohol, tobacco, red meat, saturated fats, job stress, repetitive typing (i.e., the sort of thing we do on FR for fun), and anything else that Queen Hillary says is "Bad For You".

A veritable gaggle of progressive Yankee blue-nose Do-Gooders, the very exemplars of the most Chivalrous curse which Satan himself ever laid upon the yoke of Humanity: Secular Post-Millennialism. "I'm from the Government, and I'm here to Help You."

The scene in which a crippled, stroke-ridden Anthony Hopkins bears himself up in his wheelchair to raise his ancient Civil War rifle one last time against the Government which has ruined his Ranch and murdered his Indian daughter-in-law, is for me one of the most bittersweet and triumphant scenes produced by American Cinema within the last 25 years.
