What "if" is the argument of morons and delusional people who want to live in an alternate universe and out of touch with facts and realiy. President Wilson had nothing to do with the communists taking over Russia or the rise of Adolf Hitler, period. When someone says that WW I was not a concern of the US then he is a total lunatic and not worthy for discussion.
