Maybe if the cops in Connecticut would pay attention to keeping their thugs locked up (or if the politicians would care less about 'gun control' and more about citizen's safety), then this family wouldn't have been beaten, raped, and burned alive.

Actually, the thugs who killed that family were white and were not even gang members.

But what they were was two career thugs. The police had actually done their job - again, and again, and again. And the courts let the thugs out - again, and again, and again. One of them, IIRC, had something like 40 arrests for various things.

The system falls down with the courts.

That said, this arrest (for sprinkling a “white substance”) was ridiculous.
