i don't know since there is a known intentional cause and known perpetrator. but if they do, they prolly would want you to file some kind of police report or something too. just a wildassguess though

He did have a Permit thought DNR of WA/State. As Far as the Police go, well It’s a Civil matter. They usually do not get involved
