I figured this guy had previous run ins with the law and was let go to kill someone.
Amazing - they had this guy caught and didn’t send him back, now an innocent kid is dead. And This is the same DA’s office that just put a mother in jail for stabbing a guy who molested her 8 year old daughter.

Seems to me the DA is culpable and should serve a little time after losing his job.
