Anyone wanting on or off the anthrax ping list, let me know.

The perps.....(real suspects..not us!) are still at large living openly in country supposedly friendly to the USA. This country starts with the letter “P” and ends in “stan”. And those responsible for stealing the original spores in November 1990...at a well known mid western university who later destroyed their collection.....were students there at the time, learning to give shots to puppies and kitties.

It will be the one year anniversary of the locating of the actual perp, thanks to a liberal weenie university here in the eastern part of our country, and I immediately notified the three federal agents who interviewed me. They had not been able to find him, and it took me almost another year to do so.

I figure that it would take special ops 365 days to sally up to him and get in his freezers. Country “P” is in turmoil right now and we might as well nab his sorry heiney as not.

Details....at 11......

On page 4 of his opinion, Judge Walton cited a passage from the ruling in the Wen Ho Lee case:

The Supreme Court has noted in the context of privilege in grand jury cases that it "cannot seriously entertain the notion that the First Amendment protects a newsman's agreement to conceal the criminal conduct of his source, or evidence thereof, on the theory that it is better to write about a crime than to do something about it.

The media has been wrong about almost everything regarding the anthrax attacks. They helped pressure the FBI into investigating Dr. Hatfill and then they make it seem like it was all the FBI's idea. In reality, the FBI had checked out Dr. Hatfill in November of 2001 and found no reason to suspect him. It took SIX MONTHS of pressure from conspiracy theorists, the news media and some politicians until they got a hearing with some Senate Staffers where the FBI was accused of covering up for Dr. Hatfill. One week later, the FBI performed their first public search of his apartment and he became a household name.
