Charles Rangel is the shame of New York, which is hard to do when there is so much shameful liberal democrat competition in that state.
Charlie “Five Angels” Rangel is losing it. His beef is with the Rosato brothers, not Giuliani.

the fact that liberals hate rudy doesn’t make him conservative, it only means he is a republican.
