Poor little girl. She never stood a chance to live a normal life with the family she had. She was a victim long before those maggots from Mexico raped and killed her.
Tragic story involving a naive American girl and illegal Mexican aliens. My sympathy for the victim is mitigated by the fact that she was interested in one of the Mexicans. I know she's young, but I knew better 5 years younger than her.
Perhaps, but you also had different, much better circumstances growing up too. I'd guess since you're a FReeper that you grew up in a home with morals? Maybe with parents who aren't criminals?
This little girl never stood a chance, given the family she had. She didn't deserve to die.
Ditto.

Well, my experience growing up has been mixed. Things were bad, then good, then bad again. My parents are not religious or moral people. They are not criminals but definitely not role models. They were more of a negative role model, if anything. I tried everything I could to be not like them. I guess negative role models have their use. No one was really there for me. I had to take care of myself at an early age. Maybe not everyone can do that, but when you play with fire, you get burned.

She did NOT deserve to die, but open up the newspaper and turn on the TV. Who are the ones committing the crimes? Obviously, there are alot of Mexicans in her neighborhood. Just observe, what do you see?
She got the hots for some (illegal???) Mexican dude and lost her life. The problem is, girls just love the dangerous types.
I am not familiar with her neighborhood, but it doesn't look too good. I too have lived in neighborhoods heavily populated by (illegal???) Mexicans. I check six all the time (i.e., watch my back). One time, there was this meth lab right across from where I lived.
Just to share for a moment, this story personally resonates with me. A few days ago, I got a tearful phone call from a very good friend of mine. His younger sister, who was 18, had been kidnapped by an illegal immigrant that worked at the same place she did. She was missing for three days, although thankfully she managed to get away. At this time, we’re not sure what happened to her or where he is, but she’s in pretty rough shape. The thing is, this guy had a record. And yet, because the government didn’t see fit to ship has tail back to Mexico and keep him out, this young lady about to start college has suffered, just like this young lady in the story did, although not as severely. No matter where you come down on the issue of immigrants in this country, there ought not be a bit of division on getting rid of violent, criminal immigrants.
You look back with rose colored glasses. I guess I can’t agree with you either. ALL past Presidents were wrong on illegal invaders... ALL of them. Reagan knew dims were liars and by the time the Amnesty plan was passed, they had lied to him many times over.

I don’t see how anyone can contend RWR’s and GWB’s motives for ‘comprehensive reform’ were the same. Look at their rhetoric.
Later that night Dani told Ashley "she was interested in one of the Mexicans."
Guess they figured most readers would not make it to paragraph six. . .or bottom half of fold. Though I guess these newcomer Mexican's might have emigrated from Brazil. . .
Very sad story...I am sorry for your friend's sister. People in this country are too trusting and have no idea what illegals are capable of. Was she lured to some place from the perp? I hope the perp goes to prison and becomes someone's b**tch there.
I did not make that claim at all... I stated that they were all sharing in the blame equally.

Losing your reputation is one thing. . .a foot on the neck of a young girl until she expires, is another.
Reagan can indeed be blamed for helping grow the problem, but by no stretch of the imagination does his culpability even approach that of the current administration.
No way.

A triple whammy. Alright.
Another chapter written in the “bush legacy”
Close the goddamned borders already!
How many American girls have to be raped?
How many American girls have to be murdered...
Before we do the right thing?
True, brings to mind that old saying “if you lay down with dogs, you’re going to get fleas”.
