It appears that with that Ace down the middle (Emancipation Proclamation), you have game, set, and match. CUH is known for making broad assertions which are shot down, so he then switches to dissembling the basis of his false assertions. It’s an ego thing EV, even more than romneyitis. See posts #213 and #240. It’s not an ego thing; rather, it’s a fabrication thing by EV. Notice how EV has not quoted any text from the Constitution or cited any Constitutional jurisprudence to support EV’s asinine assertion that the President can repudiate a pronouncement by the Supreme Court.
