My sister had a baby and they paid for it and the operations for the kid’s club foot.”

Not tough to figure. Latinos have sex at early ages, eschew birth control, know that their kids will automatically become U.S. citizens if born on American soil, and (correctly) assume that the U.S. taxpayer will foot the bill for everything.
