I went to the middle school at Landstuhl while my dad was stationed at Vogelweh. I used to ride my bike around base and the hospital. It amazes me how much they’re able to accomplish with the small size of that place.

I have good memories of Landstuhl. God bless all the workers there and especially the patients -and a good prayer for the chaplains too.
Sorry to see Gen. Pace go.

Why didn’t you go to the middle school at Vogelweh?

I was born at Landstuhl during my dad’s first tour in Germany. My sister was born in the same delivery room on the second tour.
