is should absolutely be up to the states. but then you have the individual counties. if you have a concealed carry permit from the state of new york, you still cannot carry in the 5 boroughs of NYC.
I agree it’s a States Rights issue but believe in statewide preemption. The large cities should not control how the rest of us live.
