It certainly looks like his picture.

I remember a diversity training course I had once. It was a three day session. I decided to be the bad guy, and challenged virtually everything he said. It was so much fun. After breaks the “facilitator” was always disappointed that I returned.

Corporate diversity training. Great curriculum that!

Rather like sex education in the schools where the skulls full of mush learn how to roll a condom over a banana, but fail to learn how to read or write.

Corporate diversity training works well. They spend all the time in a corporate classroom learning political correctness, then return to their jobs with those ideas bouncing around in their heads.

They get nothing done, but their job eventually gets shipped off to India or China.

The Rise and Fall of The United States of America.

Di’ver’si’ty: A compound word derived from the root words 1) division, 2) perversion, and 3) adversity.

Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass., an affirmative-action enthusiast without peer, led the charge for this piece of legislation.

If he was truly "an affirmative-action enthusiast" he would have lifted a finger to same MaryJo Kopechne.

The only thing will do is remove the competitive edge from your employees and allow you to go out of business in a slow agonizing manner.

Went through on of the brain-washing sessions at GE once. The Facilitator was asking the female employees if they would report 'sexual harrassment'.
One of my co-workers said ' report it? we SCORE it!'

The results of promoting incompetents because of their skin color are obvious all over:
Employees who have no idea of how to do their job, but are protected by their physical characteristics.
Hard-working, competent White employees who are not hired, not promoted, and are fired first.

You can be accused of discrimination or harassment for no reason at all. You are automatically guilty.
You can plead your case, but they are just listening for you to say something to roast you on.
If you accuse anyone of discriminating against you, you will get no answer.

After years of putting up with discrimination, you will find your job shipped to India.

My question - why are the politicians and corporations so desperately trying to eliminate White Christians and Jews and destroy this country?

I decided to be the bad guy

Hah! When I was in the Navy, they had some BS class, "Rights and Responsibilities" or some such rot. .

One of the “facilitators” was a black senior chief, (E-8). He was railing about the Klan, saying that the Klan was active in the Navy. I brought up the Nation of Islam. I asked if he thought they were racist. I suggested that he use NOI as an example, rather than the KKK.

I then added, that is if he thought that black people could be racists.

The exchange was pretty heated. I thought he was going to have a stroke.

Because that is what higher education is teaching them to do.

Case in point: Here in Atlanta, you recall the case where the secretary tried to sell the Coke forumla to Pepsi. Pepsi notified Coke of the attempt and the woman was eventually convicted and sent to prison.

The story around government and corporate circles in Atlanta is the woman is black and was hired for that reason only. It looked good in the PC atmosphere that Coke and every other large business finds itself now to have a black woman executive assistant at high levels of the company. And it almost destroyed the company but hey, what’s more important? Diversity or survival?

When the most recent President of the Univ. of VT arrived here a few years ago he told a press conference that his first priority was going to be "DIVERSITY"!

Having hired a few UVM grads over the years and found a good number of them to be sore excuses for college grads, I wrote him that his first priority should be "EDUCATION"!

No response.

“Diversity training” is forced political re-education. “You will revise your views of homosexuality, etc.” or be forced to seek employment elsewhere.

Diversity training - Greatest thing ever invented for destroying America. When there was talk of taking America without firing a shot, no one was aware that the NEA was going to be the first line of offense.

If in doubt, try talking to today's youth....

As a former Ford Motor Co. middle manager from the late seventies through the early ninties I was subjected to several diversity courses, as well as the racial ans sexual preferences. I predicted that it would one of the main things that would bring the company down.

I'm so glad I left that mindless corporate environment years ago.

"If you're a Christian, you're believing in a philosophy that came to us from people of color."

This begs the question 'What color is God?'
