Don’t discount that possibility. Places like CA and NY and FL, with so many people they don’t know what to do with them, simply raise taxes and impose regulations until their marginal residents move out, leaving them with a reduced population that they prefer. CA, for example, is a prime example of a State where they could care less whether a few hundred thousand people move out because of taxes or regulations. In their minds, it’s actually a good thing.

The thought of moving from the former United States of, what is now Amerika, has been crossing my mind. Oh, but, where to go?
