From a strictly nuisance standpoint:
I could argue that “overly sensitive people” should retire to self sustaining communes where they don’t bother normal people.

It seems you are actually admitting secondary tobacco smoke is not a real public health hazard.

I particularly dislike willfully stupid people.
Can we also ban them from public places?

I don’t know if tobacco smoke is harmful or not. Frankly, I don’t care as long as I can avoid it. If a restuarant or bar has smoking, I don’t have to go there. The business owner should decide whether or not he wants my business.

Public spaces are different. We all have to use the public realm.

There IS a problem deciding where to draw the line in public spaces. Yet we seem to have always made nuisssance laws. They are challenged all the time, but most people support them in principal at least.

Do you wish eliminate public space nuissance laws?
