This is exactly my first thought. I still do LOVE Pres.Bush, and now can show it since we’ve been able to defeat this scam of an “immigration” bill... Now, we’ve got to work on getting rid of ILLEGAL immigrants.

Dude,
A guy who has been a perfectly good citizen for many years but who goes out and committs a crime, still goes to jail.

“You are only as good as your last record”.

Bush screw ups:
- McCain Feingold - Bush signed it. (1st Amend assault)
- “Assault” Weapon Ban - Bush said he’d sign it if it reached him (undercutting 2nd Amend).
- Libbygate (ok’ed a special prosecutor with an axe to grind and failed to support Libby)
- Borderagentgate - punishing Border agents doing their jobs.
- etc
- and now Amnestygate, the last straw, but a Mt Everest-sized straw in that is was designed by Dems to destroy the Repub Party and bankrupt the USA social services system, etc

Bush should be fired immediately and sent packing before he does more damage. Step down and let Cheney handle the rest of the term.

Well, when Clinton was doing far, far worse law breaking, the same jokers now hounding Bush, were excusing Clinton.

Like the Mafia prosecuting a kid for shoplifting a candy bar.

Benedict Arnold was probably one of the best generals we had during the American Revolution. Among other things, he was responsible for our victory at Saratoga that proved to be the turning point of the war. His treason erased all of his former accomplishments, and rightly so.

I voted for Bush twice, despite his naiive attempts to work with the Democrats. Bush’s behavior in trying to surrender our sovereignty is treasonous. It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back.
