Go to the North County Times/The Californian link provided here at this post.

Scroll down a bit on the homepage and look for the poll on the right hand side.

Vote your choice.

Hint: Ted Kennedy and the big labor union bosses would probably want you to vote "Yes"

I would like you FReepers to vote your conscience.

This poll should remain open until Saturday night (Pacific time.)

I don’t support the grocery workers strike(s) and I proved it last time every time I crossed their picket lines.

They have a job so simple a caveman could do it and they want to strike?

Personally, I prefer shopping at Trader Joe’s, as the ones here in Jersey are nonunion (for now).

If they authorize a strike, these have to be the stupidest workers on earth. During the last strike, the union screwed them big time. Yeah, the stores lost millions too, but the workers were the ones that couldn’t pay their bills. Most took other jobs elsewhere and didn’t come back after the strike. But hey, it’s a free country, do what you want....

We only shop at union stores when the union is on strike.

Grocery workers?
You mean like in supermarkets?
70’ish bag boys, or the 12 through 16’ish bag boys?
Or the 18 year old check out ladies who work before or after their classes at the Junior college?
Or the shelf stockers, who do little at low speed and questioned accuracy?
OK. I get it.
The lottery ticket sales lady? No?
Who are the grocery workers and are they unionized, and why?
