From the state that gave us that special breed of American Gestapo, the so-called "CAGE" units.

Not that there's anything to the fact the whole fascist gang in Illinois have Eastern European surnames, but they do ~ and almost always have had.

It's like someone shipped over a bunch of anarchists and syndicalists a century ago and they still haven't assimilated.

Think twice about bringing in folks from countries to the South where fascist tendencies have brought on decade after decade of rolling revolution and burtal, iron-fisted dictators.

Programs to force Americanization and full attitudinal and moral assimilation have to be in place before this country can deal with any higher levels of immigration than we have had heretofore, yet the current bill in the Senate doesn't propose spending a single dime for that purpose.

Here are my thoughts on this subject.

I'm not from Illinois, I'm from Oklahoma.

But I did see this press release posted on OKGOPChat.com.

After reading it, I thank G** I don't live in Illinois.

People wonder why there's so much distrust in our goverment and so much animosity between the politicians and those they're supposed to serve. They need look no further than this.

This kind of police reaction to people exercising their first amendment right to petition the goverment for a redress of greivances is what leads to a tremendous amount of distrust in our elected officials. If the officials don't start showing a willingness to change their attitudes and start showing some respect towards those they're supposed to serve, they may well find themselves out of a job or facing mass protests from these constituents.

Respect is not a one way street. It's earned, not gained by sending people in brown and blue suits to someone's house just becuase you don't like that person's reaction to your legislative proposals.

What this Illinois State Senator did is dumb, stupid and idiotic.

And quite frankly he does not belong in any elected office with this kind of an attitude.

I can tell you here in Oklahoma that if any of our elected officials pulled this kind of a stunt, he or she would be out of a job in a New York second.

Regards........
