The hair was digitally added. The real Tom Leppert is bald.
Oh, the eyes were added digitally as well. The real Tom Leppert has no eyes.

Anyone know if he is Republican? He’s rich, but nowadays, that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s Republican.

The problem is that it was a small photo of him via a jpg or gif and it was enlarged so the pixels are blurred throwing off a normal view of him.

It looks like the image was copied and pasted into the bg. Notice the zagged line on the right.

It’s the eyes. The blue is an unusual shade. Maybe the lights.

What a crappy report! The reader has absolutely NO idea of either candidate's political stands, nor the major 'bones of contention' in the race. We might hazard a guess though because one candidate is a Rump Ranger.

Oakley, a three-time city councilman, fell short of making Dallas the largest city in the country to elect an openly gay mayor................... who received 42 percent of the vote. Whoa, I lived in Dallas about 20 years ago for 11 years.
I can guarantee you that when I lived there, no openly gay anybody would receive 42 % of any vote.
I guess the meaning of "Big D" has changed since then : o

Nothing wrong but the color. His hair has a green tint and his skin looks yellow. He is a handsome man and retired at 53, probably made a ton of money. Looks good to this old gal.

It is good to get someone that is NOT an insider into this office. Oakley and his cronies on the city council are bad news for Dallas. Dallas is not a very well ran city and hopefully with the new guy things will change.
I know of several folks that would not mind living in Dallas but who wants to pay property taxes to a city that mismanages everything.

That JPG is only
19.82 KB.It should look somewhat distorted and edgy, it's too small.
(Which isn't to say they didn't do that on purpose...)

Could it be the green hair? ‘Course, these days, who knows? One sees purple, blue, and green hair even on adults.

The picture is poor quality for some reason..... But less than a year ago when he retired from CEO of Turner he had the following to say:
When Mr. Leppert decides to return to corporate America, he'll look for an organization with a strategic problem that needs to be fixed. "Those situations are fun and exciting to me." I remind him that the mayor's job is coming open.
"I think I'll pass on that," he said.
Guess he changed his mind rather quickly....
