I just sent emails to my senators and wanted to copy/paste it here. I figured someone would have a post about the amnesty bill. Here it is, feel free to use it.

To Whom it may Concern;

My name is Kenneth D. Oser and I am a registered and very likely voter. I would like to convey to Sen. Cornyn that I, and many like me are against the Bush Admin’s Immigration “Amnesty” Bill. There is alot of word games being played around with in the world of politics. The people for the Amnesty Bill say that it’s not Amnesty and us critics say that it is. Let me clear up this confusion. We consider it Amnesty if the illegal immigrants get anything but deportation. They broke our Law by entering illegally and the punishment for that is to be deported.Anything less is amnesty.
Most of us are for a temporary work program but wouldn’t it work better if they had to apply in their country so that they could enter the U.S. legally? Isn’t that how people do it when they come here from other countries besides Mexico?

Illegal Immigration is the #1 issue with the Conservatives. I know it’s hard to listen and/or respect one issue voters that will vote against someone over one small issue. They are so hard headed and nit picky that they will never be happy so why try to please them? I think it is different with the Illegal Immigration Issue. Illegal Immigration effects everything else...

Crime- drug dealers and gange members

Health Care- Our ERs are flooded with Illegals that get free health care there which raises the costs for everyone else.

National Security- Terrorist that sneak through the open border. It happens so often that the Border Patrol have terms for it. Some of the “Fort Dicks Six” that was going to attack our Military came illegally through the Mexico Border.

Education- Our schools are flooded with illegal kids that can’t speak English driving costs up and the quality of our public education down.

Traffic safty- Many illegals do not have a drivers license and/or insurance.
identity theft, tax evasion, social security, food stamps and other social services.....

I am a one issue voter now.If Pres. Bush continues to thumb his nose at his conservative supporters and tries to pass this bill again, who ever is involved in passing it will be voted out of office. Bush is a lame duck but everyone else has to focus on re-election. When we vote we will have a list of Senators and Congressmen who supported the amnesty bill and will vote against them no matter what!
Pres. Bush has showed the American people that he can’t be trusted. He has lost all credibility on this issue. The Amnesty bill needs to be scrapped completely. Let’s start over after securing the border.

I appreciate tha work that the Sen. Cornyn team has done so far.He has led the charge against the Amnesty Bill and I would like to incourage him to do more and get tougher.
Thanks for your attention,
We are watching,
Kenneth D. Oser
(address)

What do yall think?

I haven’t called but I did tell a RNC fund raiser today unless President Bush got off the amnesty wagon that they had received their last dollar from me.

We will win this battle. We will not allow Mexico to come and take our country.

I am in violent agreement with you. By all means we should bury the Senate with calls, faxes and email expressing our revulsion at what is being done.

However.

I believe that this deal has already been cut. Reid wouldn’t be bringing this back if he didn’t think there was a very good chance that the votes were there.

For that reason, I believe that the time has come for us to begin to concentrate on our respective House members and their leadership.

My phone bill may be through the roof but it is worth every penny.

I’ll be nice.

Except once when I called and left a message for Lindsay Graham, I asked him: how long after a person takes up residence in South Carolina, can they vote in elections?

I was considering moving there just to help him lose next year.

Lots to do this week, phone calls, faxes personal visits, stock up on ammunition and food supplies, extra gas for vehicles, hmm maybe I’ll even buy a couple of fake id’s and amnesty kits from the street peddlers for my new Z visas that come with tax amnesty...With 20 million applicants it’ll take them about 10 years to figure it out and I’ll be in Paraguay.

I don`t what polls Neil Gabler of FoxNews is looking at, but he just claimed the overwhelming majority of Americans of both parties support this bill.

I’ve been having better luck getting through by calling both house and senate members home state offices. I find I’m getting a lot of busy signals or being put on hold when calling Washington.

If you’re calling Mel Martinez you’ll find that his voice mail box is full...as it has been for quite a while.

Try email, too!

I haven't called lately, but I did just use Trent Lott's webform:

So, you want to do something about talk radio because they won't kow-tow to your rancid determination to pass this amnesty stinker (BS 1348)? Please. By the time talk radio gets through with the Quisling likes of you, you will be begging Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage for mercy.

Just remember, after all this dereliction of duty you're engaging in, you'll still have an electorate to answer to sometime within the next six years. By the time the primary is over, the janitor (hopefully legal) will be mopping you off the floor while a real American runs against the Democrat.

Selling out our country to Mexico and every other country that floods us with illegals WILL have a price.

Adios, Pendejo!
