I agree it is entirely too clean.
The guy they are carrying - why does he have no socks or shoes, and in the other shot of him, there are no apparent wounds - if people are shooting at one another it should apparent if someone is a casualty.

but then again, Pelosi and Reid probally only acknowledge CNN, New York Times, ect,

I daresay you have a point, sir! Not only do none of the "soldiers" look like they've seen a second of actual combat, but the pictures seem more like staged photo ops than candid combat photos to anyone who has been in a tactical environment.
I'm sure people are dying, but maybe they're just using the "war" as an excuse to clean house internally, eliminating "unreliables" and "collaborators" in each others' organizations. It's an intriguing possibility.

Civil War in 'Palestine'? or something else? Look at the pics, and post what you think. In Gaza City, Fatah terrorists (blue team) and Hamas terrorists (red team) dress up in clean clothes, Wednesday, June 13, 2007, for their 'civil war'. Is it even a real war? Their clothes stay pristine and clean, and too many of the pics seem staged to only transfer weapons and money from blue team to red team so that the stupid suckers in the State Dept, EU and UN will supply the blue team with even more weapons and money. it's a sham and they are playing us for fools.
