The article is an eye-opener even for the politically informed. The treatment of nominees by President Bush by the miserable Dims like Chuckie Cheese Schmucker, Swimmer Kennedy and Little Dickie Durban needs to be publicized especially before the election in 2008.

If for no other reason, the Dims need to be defeated in 2008. Nominees should be given up and down votes and put the slimy Dims on record for the smear campaigns they have against every person submitted by President Bush. This and the complete compliance by the MSM to smear anybody nominated by President Bush.

If the Democrats take the Presidency next year, then yet another chance to finally right the Supreme Court will have lost, and if that happens, then I fear we’ll never get another chance.

If Dem wins, then I’d expect both Stevens and Ginsburg to call it quits within a year or two, thus resulting in two far-left activist judges being replaced by two far-left activist judges. If the Dems were to hold on in 2012, then that would probably allow them to replace Souter, Scalia, and Kennedy. Then the most we’d have to look forward to are years of brilliant dissents from Thomas, Alito, and Roberts in the face of unrelenting judicial activism and usurpation from the other six justices.
