Is Kucinich's bulldog going after Glenn Beck?

Dennis Kucinich has consulted with a lawyer about radio talk host Glenn Beck's on-air comments knocking Kucinich's marriage. The lawyer has written to Beck's bosses.
But beyond that, Kucinich so far will give no details. "That's true," he said today when asked whether he was discussing the matter with a lawyer. "A letter has been written to the executives of Clear Channel and Premiere and we're awaiting a response."
Clear Channel is the parent of Premiere Radio Networks, which syndidates Beck's show on more than 200 stations. On June 4, the radio talker compared the Cleveland Democratic congressman and presidential aspirant to the Gollum character from "Lord of the Rings" -- and speculated that Kucinich's wife, Elizabeth, must be under the influence of a "date rape drug" to find him attractive.
Kucinich would not say anything more about the lawyer, the letter or what specifically he wants from Beck. So far, media representatives of Beck and Premiere say they know nothing about the letter.
You’re right, kooky Kucinich doesn’t have the shadow of a chance in litigating this successfully but Beck could still lose his job. It was a dumb thing to say aloud.
Beck isn’t going to lose his job. Kucinich is just going to draw more attention to his own bizarre behavior, thin-skinned nature, and gross stupidity.
I really don’t think that Glenn will apologize.
Elizabeth is one beautiful fruitcake.
And, to top it off, it has been reported she has a tongue stud. A complete package. Best keep her away from Bubba.
Falwell vs Flynt (1987). This case goes NOWHERE because it is legal to make FUn of public figures.
