Thanks for the link. Interesting.
Brit Hume does not think what the President said about opponents of the immigration bill was very smart...to say the least.
Tallibani forgot to reach over and bounce Stephy off the wall a few times for daring to interrupt a sitting President.
What a dork Stephy is! He really is beginning to think he is relevant.
He also said noonan was way over the top in her recent article. I like Brit’s voice of calm and reason.
Very good point which many forget
When did the conservative movement become so anti-business that it would prefer a Depression rather than low tech businesses?? How many heavy labor industries and lives are you willing to sacrifice for your catharcism for America.
Are you willing to sacrifice your job, too. Course in your cathartic Depression you may be surprised that your job will disappear too.
Fact is, your utopian bill will never happen with a Dem congress.

Nothing would surprise me at this point!
The Feds can't do it alone .. especially with sanctuary cities that protect the illegals
If States and Cities want to protect and keep the illegals .. then let them pay for it
I thought conservatives for less government and states rights?? Why should taxpayers foot the bill for all the freebies states are giving to illegals??
“Here’s the thing .. there are jobs that americans won’t/can’t do ...”
Incorrect. But if you add the phrase, “at, near or below minumum wage with no benefits” you’d be correct.
Katrina is Bush’s fault? May be the Governor’s race could give a clue. Result matters & will show.
LOL now there's an image that's going to cause serious humor...
GREAT JOB!!
We need to NOT LET UP ON THE PHONE CALLS and EMAILS!
they think this break has let folks calm down, they need to know that the fire is still HOT!
Yes, he said her column was “wildly overstated.” Which it was, imo.
I think there is more 'resolve' than DC expected.
Fine .. added that line
The point still stands
Because it is easy to blame the top for not enforcing policies but when it comes to it it is often down to an individual that they are not enforced.
We can all think of examples where this is true in our own work enviroment and often because the people involved are lazy or incompetent. They are also cunning in covering their tracks.
What Rule of Law?? There is no fines attached to hopping the border. Rule of Law is a nice cliche, but it really isn’t true when the law has no fines.
How big a gummit agency you willing to create to enforce a law w/o fines?? You also going to enforce spitting laws or sodomy laws too, since this is a Nation of Laws.

I would guess our Calif. freepers are up on some of these mandates.
