I am glad the investment in the SC debate paid off for the campaign, despite the disproportiately small amount of time he had to speak.

I think he is the most underestimated one running. I would love to seem him win in the primaries and show the media and party paid talking heads their days as our overlord are over.

Perhaps they know something we all know, only they’re afraid to admit; maybe, just maybe, Dr. Paul is right, they’re wrong and he stands a good chance of being the next President of the United States. If they’re right and he does stand no chance of winning why do they spend so much time and energy arguing against him?

Why do they spend so much time and energy embarrassing themselves with baseless insults and spreading disinformation?

Paul is both a Libertarian and a Republican, but I do not hold either of those affiliations against him.

That is as good an explanation as any. Now that they can not deny the public interest in his campaign, they are trying to portray a mass interest in defaming him. Their methods of employment, however, end up defaming the credibility of Paul's detractors.

I think he was underestimated by many, but now that interest is growing he is becoming a target of smear or disinformation.

Let’s see...the Republican party was in control of Congress for how long? How long in the White House?? We still have abortion, wide open borders, wide open deficits...yeah, I’d say they’ve been real effective (doing nothing!)

Now the Republican party is getting B slapped around and wants to blame everyone but themselves for it. Great! Keep it up. Wise up, we’re conservatives first! Unlike democrats who will vote for any dog turd labeled “democrat”—we’ll vote for the Republic, thank you very much.

Disinformation won't work on those who make the effort to see for themselves where a person stands. Ron Paul has the most conservative record of anyone running.

I generally agree, although the degree of needed effort varies from issue to issue.

“I haven’t given the RNC a red penny for nearly a year, but I would consider donating to Paul’s cause.”

Just send the money to me. It won’t help Ron Paul get elected. But then, sending money to Ron Paul won’t help him get elected either.

would be disastrous for everyone but those already staged with large gold investments

Going off of the gold standard has been a disaster for all of us.
"Gold and economic freedom are inseparable"...Alan Greenspan
"I know of no great nation in the history of the world that has left the gold standard and remained a great nation," ...Ronald Reagan

Why do you fear the gold standard?
