Got a 2 liter diet Pepsi right beside me. Goes great w/my breakfast of yogurt, berries and kashi.

About a month ago there was a study of 16! women showing that milk in tea was problematic. Tough. That's how I like it. I try to watch what I eat, but I'm getting awfully tired of hearing how things that people have been eating for generations, and lived to fight wars, build societies, and populate the earth, are going to friggin' kill me.

lol! I’m not a big tea drinker, but if I have a cup, it’s plain with no sugar or milk. I drink my coffee black, as well. But that’s just because it’s the way I prefer it. What did they say about milk in tea? Something about milk taking away from the health benefits of certain teas?

Life is short. Enjoy it!

I’m a big time Diet Pepsi drinker, too (Diet Coke has no bite, too sweet). I worry more about the effect all the phophoric acid has on my body’s ability to absorb calcium. Still not all that much, though (he says as he prepares to get his 3rd can of the day from the machine).
