It seems to me it gets each year it gets less clear as our own government changes its meaning with their program. Memorial day is not a tribute to the victims of 9/11 or the troops in Iraq or the victims/passengers of Flight 93. MEMORIAL DAY IS FOR THOSE WHO GAVE THEIR LIFE IN WAR.
It took our country 60 years (far too long) to build a WW-II Memorial and I heard there are going to be, I believe, 184 benches on the mall in Washington. One for each passenger of Flight 93. HUH?
