Have you ever had rhubarb in a dessert?
One of my Sis-in-laws makes a rhubarb pie which is pretty good, so I’m willing to try the cheesecake bars. I’m hoping I can find all the ingredients before this weekend. This SIL is having a b-b-que at her place (hopefully it will be nice and warm, they have a pool) and I’d like to try this recipe on her.
