Russert infers from McCain’s position that US troops will be in Iraq for 10 years.
McCain responds that US troops have been in South Korea for 60 years.
McCain id doing a great job explaining why we need to stay in Iraq..that is a good thing for the majority of people.
Didn’t Tommy Franks write in his book that we would be in Iraq with major force for ten years and then double that or more with a protective response force to protect the region?
