And Iraqi officials said the streets were lined with WMD.
That’s not much actually.
What are we worried about? I’m sure the UN has an IAEA ‘tag’ on the material. That means it’s safe, doncha know???...
The fact that he is full of BUdoublelsh!t isn't the issue, the issue is the reason behind saying it.
After all, a nuclear Iran directive is a peaceful, fuel only endeavor right?
Whic is to make it appear inevitable that they will have nukes and not much can be done about it now... it too late.
ARTICLE SNIPPET:
"An Iranian nuclear official has said Iran possesses 280 tons of a sensitive material that can be used for uranium enrichment. The statement that Iran has large amounts of stored UF6 was made Sunday in Tehran by the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization's deputy chief for international affairs."
Even if it has not been enriched at all yet, it still contains over 2,700 pounds of U235, which could be extracted and used to build fission bombs like the one that destroyed Hiroshima. That’s enough fissionable material for a few dozen bombs of that size.
Good point. It isn’t aluminum, for instance.
Don’t worry the “peoples pelosi” has made some spectacular inroads with our fiends the Islamics. We will soon be stoning our women and drinking from the same fountain our camels do. Oh and yes there will be a place to wash your feet but remember don’t bring a ham sandwich we don’t want to offend our little terrorists fiends do we?
Well I just took the time to run the calcs ... I was way wrong .... assuming 100% efficiency they can recover 1245 kg of U235 from it assuming normal isotope ratios.
