I know you’ll find this HARD TO BELIEVE but here in MA there is a LAWYER/ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVIST/WHACKO named Andy Fisher who wants to propose that in the city of Brookline, MA, they DOUBLE the excise tax on SUV’s, yes indeedy folks, DOUBLE the excise tax, um, isn’t that DISCRIMINATION??
