I was once booked on a commercial flight from Phoenix to Denver. I had an overwhelming premonition that the plane was going to crash so I didn’t board it.

Know what happened?

The plane landed in Denver without me....

True story :)

Nevertheless, something unpleasant may have awaited you in Denver. Trust your instincts.

EXACTLY... but most of the dolts who act on such “premonitions” will never, ever admit that.

I'm sure the other passengers were very grateful to you.

he he. Exactly. I’ve had lots of worrying, bad thoughts about stuff that has never come to fruition.

This is just so much hooey.

I once had a premonition in a dream the morning I was to catch a flight with many of my family. I saw and heard countless numbers of panicked people trapped within a confined area screaming in pain and anguish. It was terrifying and I could not go back to sleep.

I caught the flight anyway, but remained awake the entire journey from Massachusetts to California, finally returning home around 3:30 AM.

Although exhausted, I forced myself to stay awake long enough to call an aunt at a more reasonable time to have her spread the word we had all arrived home safely. Ten minutes after the call the first plane hit the WTC. True story.

Don't feel too bad. I would have done the same thing. =^]
