They expect to take over Australia—so much land—so little population—China needs it—China will be able to take it and will—is their perspective.
They are not kidding. They are not wildly fantasizing. They believe it will be relatively easy—even if they are merely the remainder of a pile of atomic war refuse. They expect to have more left on top of the pile from their 1.2 billion population.
They see the West as degenerate, greedy, corrupt [yes, they are more corrupt and some know that] etc.
Thankfully, God has other plans. Otherwise, they’d likely be right the rate we are going with our political traitors in congress.

Exhibit Pie for why I’ll take short-to-medium term fiscal advice from a gold peddler, but will turn to people grounded in economic reality (and with an education in economics) for my commentary on economic matters.

And, as you can see from this thread alone, many non-Chinese are just as indoctrinated in this fallacy as are the Chinese — except they’ve at least got the excuse that they’re living in a state-controlled media world with virtually no access to objective material.

These are the reasons people should actually be upset with this administration. It did not have to be this way, particularly the ebbing of America’s visible presence in Asia. We have steered long-term foreign policy for _decades_ upon _decades_ toward Asia, and this administration has failed to even make a decent show of face in the region in many important respects. (In terms of business and economic matters.) It’s mind-boggling, and if it’s not corrected soon it will be far more damaging to American economic interest and soft power than Iraq.
Oh, make no mistake about it, China is definately going for the gold.
No freakin way. I've studied both cultures. The Japanese are very meticulous in perfecting methods of creating anything, whether it be art, science, agriculture, etc. The Chinese don't even come close. Hope my wife doesn't read this, as she is Chinese-American. However, she does say that Chinese males are the worst male chauvinist pigs on the planet, and that they excel at that.
There will likely be plenty of trouble with their trying to make it happen, though.
I figure they may be one of the 3 kings that gives even the antiChrist trouble in the global government. They are welcome to do that, imho.
You could be right. But their art might indicate otherwise. The terra cotta warriors were not a slam dunk slash bang job.
Nor are a lot of their china, ceramics.
I’d agree about their men . . . though the Japanese might be even worse on that score.
