Rooty looks at his poll numbers, then changes his position or issues a retraction of a previous position......whatever is necessary to pump the numbers. Rooty's campaign strategy in a nutshell:
" I was against (for) it before. I'm for (against) it now. I'll change my position later."
"I forgot. My wife forgot."
"Nobody's perfect. I made a mistake, everybody makes mistakes. "
"Whatever you said I did, I'm sorry I did it."
"I told the truth when I said I lied."
"Not to worry America---my wife will sit in on Cabinet meetings."
"Not to worry America---my wife will not sit in on Cabinet meetings."
