Rudy has international stature as a law and order guy. Yep, Rudy's defiance of state and federal law with regards to welfare for immigrants (legal and illegal alike) and his anti-2nd Amendment record SCREAMS Law and Order to me.
His record of being crime down is marred by just these two VERY big things.
