I met a gal about my age, about 60, who had really full hair, which mine is starting to thin. I asked her if she used anything special. She told me GNC for woman, hair, skin and nails. I bought some.

I called GNC, the vitamin company to see where their ingredients come from. He said a lot of the ingredients like the vitamins were chemically made by them. So I asked about one of the other ingredients, he didn’t know where it came from but said he would get back with me.
I just named one ingredient off the bottle, horsetail rush herb extract, (Equisetum arvense).

Three hours later he called me back, it is from China.

Am wondering here how the FDA grades this. LOL

The FDA named the six grain products to be inspected as wheat gluten, corn gluten, corn meal, soy protein, rice bran and rice protein.

Well, phooey, one of those is in EVERY pet food. Back to cooking!:<)

I just knew this was coming.

The Chinese firm finally admitted that it sent imported products through the Netherlands. Corn Starch and Sweet potato starch were mentioned previously. Both are used as thickeners in many frozen products.

This is just the beginning. Pork and even chicken are now mentioned as possible problems. I think I am on a fruit and vegetable diet for a while...let the facts come out, slowly, I bet.
