Hillary will sooner or later Clintonize Obama, then compromise him to be the veep. That’s very, very scary.

Uh oh, second week in a row that Rudy's below 30%.
The base stirs itself.

All of the Republicans are doing badly. The Democrats do much better in polling. Not a good sign for 2008. This is not only Rudy all the Republicans are doing horribly.

How did all of the top four GOP candidates lose ground? Who did their support go to if not each other?
To: LS
Obama won’t take a VP position, IMO. Richardson would be my guess for her VP.
To: areafiftyone
I was so afraid that you had left the forum after the weekends threads.
I am still waiting...waiting...waiting, for the "people" to drop Rudy when they find out his real opinions.
Have a great day.

Scary AND broad farce. Neither one of these two has any business in the WH and the two together is twice the reason to vote Republican.
If you thought the Clinton/Gore team was a joke, the Clinton/Obama team will really stretch our credulity... mine for sure!!

I haven’t left. I won’t go unless they want me to. It’s entirely up to them. I have no control over that. We’ll see what transpires.

If 34% of Republicans say they will definitely vote against Giuliani in Nov. 2008 he doesn’t stand a chance of winning. Republicans better wake up or we will face a huge defeat not only in the presidential race but also in the house and senate in 2008. If we think we can make up the loss of Republican votes by grabbing independents and Democrats we’re dreaming.

Good morning, A51. Thanks for posting this, and for all your posts.

Have you gotten the feeling lately that Republicans are busy outfitting their modern-day Massada? They see the enemy below, slowly but surely making progress toward the top of the fortress. They watch them daily pushing their way to the summit. And what do they do with this forewarning to eminent disaster? They seem to be searching for pebbles to scratch their lot number on. The Great Republican Plan: draw a high-numbered stone. Like that’s going to help..
To: Anti-Bubba182
And I never thought George H. W. Bush or Al Gore would take veep positions.

Wow these polls must drive the Rudy haters absolutely nuts.
No matter what they say - the man holds and gains.
The Reason: The more you know him, the more you hear him, and if you’re lucky
and you get to see him in person? You have to be impressed.
If you’re not - you’re simply close minded. Which is not unusual these days.
The man has command of the issues - no notes, no teleprompters, he talks to his audiences.
He rolls on.
