It's simple, just don't violate "Reagan's Rule." Why is that so hard for people to understand?I have a bit of problem with this Reagan's rule thing though because to me it's a bit like taking a passage out of the Bible and applying to any situation you want to apply it to. I think the the rule can be misused and it wasn't intended by Reagan to be invoked under all circumstances.

I believe a person can state an opinion without venom.
