Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

I’m not sure that ‘interesting’ is the word I’d use. There’s a bunch of potential replacements. ‘Heartbreaking’ is the one I’ll go with for the minute.

He speaks from experience! LOL! I take after him in many ways...My pop as well. Things my momma and pop told me growing up, I never really understood them, till I grew up. Him and momma both. His love of country, and my momma's fighting spirit.

Or be told how libertarianism is the same thing as conservatism and that the Founding Fathers were really advocating ZERO government.
Or that they'd be okay with abortion, because of there no government stance.
Actually I consider myself to be pretty much a libertarian, and these are subjects I'd love to debate.
I would like to cut the government down to nothing and let the people be free, except for what it was intended for.
For instance, believe it or not , a Bible thumper like me, believing pot should be legal. I'd never smoke it, and I especially hate alcohol, but I don't believe in jailing people at tax payers expense for smoking cigarettes or pot.

I guess you do subscribe to the notion that some rights are more equal than others huh? You said that pretty plainly with this comment
The mothers and childs rights are not equal here.
If a pregnancy is brought to term, just in a different place than where conception took place, who right's are being violated? Would you be saying that a unborn child has the Constitutional right to remain inside the body where it was conceived? Seems to me you would have to be saying that.
I did not say anything about "inconceived", for in my idea, a pregnancy is still brought to term.
My question to you is " Why do you, right along with others, try to present my position as something other than it is?" Especially when at the heart of the matter, we are on the same side? Preserving the life of the unborn right?
Is it so out of bounds and impossible that there might just be more than one way to do that?

I'm not up on that one, but I will retro-predict real, real bad results. It may be how seppuku, or rather, jigai, the female version, was invented.

Excellent post. I will be doing everything in my power to stop Rudy from getting the nominee.
As you can see some don't believe "those" freepers were rude to anyone:)
We need to start searching and compiling Rudy's own words. Jim has a thread going for that now.

Heck, no!
"Crapola" is richly expressive and decidedly accurate.

“when the wingnuts go nutz the center moves back left.”
So cherry, I’m confused to your purpose. If we are wingnuts on FR (assuming you agree with the mission statement of the site) and viewed negatively by you - why are you here?

Same here. Real conservatives didn’t start this conflagration, but with JimRob leading the way, they sure finished it. All that’s left now is a few mop up operations.

Seppuku for women is they cut their throats.
Wonder if someone might be willing to advise a couple of democratic leaders in the fine points of how it is done? They seem busy trying to do it to Lady Liberty....

So why should the mother’s *right* to *choose* take precedent over the baby’s right to life? Why favor her? Why not the baby?
So she can do what she wants with her body but the baby can’t do what what (s)he wants with his/her body?
You’re not giving the baby any choice and you can’t give both the choice. What if they want different things? Then who would you pick and why?
