Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

Before looking up those quotes from Reagan when passing the 1967 abortion law, I had never researched anything about the history of the abortion or the various laws. A few posts above, I was reminded of the allegation that Reagan's signing of the 1967 law was "the most liberal abortion bill our country." In reading those articles from 1967, I learned that Colorado and Governor John Love hold that title, not Ronald Reagan, as a similar law had already been passed in Colorado. However, as in California, the law did not intend abortion-on-demand but was subject to specified circumstances (life of the mother, rape, incest, etc).

Yep. But I’ve had these Rudy types tell me what a liberal Reagan was, because they lived in California and they just knew it.
I lived there too, and he was no liberal.

I'd say #5,427 is an over the top, unexcusable personal attack.
Idahoans for Tax Reform is a very important and valuable, highly respected organization .
It' has beens the premier conservative organization in Idaho for many year, and I don't appreciate it, or its chairman being maligned on a conservative site.

FYI Spiff, RegisteredMedia.com images are no longer allowed to be displayed on FR. Only links are allowed. The images came from your posting history. The links are there above the pics. Anyone can click on them and see where the images were posted. They were posted BY YOU in threads from last month and prior. But don't worry, those images are archived elsewhere on the Internet in case you try to hide them now.
What are you going to do? Sue Jim Robinson because he let YOU post images from your own site in his forum? You're a real piece of work.

Whew! I was wondering what I said. Of course when I looked back and saw my right wing wacko comment (in sarcasm, of course), I thought that may have ignited something. I was responding to Bubba’s religious right comments. It literally makes my blood boil to think of the damage he has done to this country. The spin, the corruption, the sell out, the propoganda..... All damage that we, and future generations, will be suffering from and repairing for many years to come. The last thing this country needs is him, his wife OR ANYONE ELSE who proclaims to SHARE their liberal views going near the oval office.

YOU are naive if you think Giuliani can be trusted. He will stab anyone he has to for political expediency.
There is no reason to believe he would choose good judges.
Anyone who would choose Bill Lockyer as a spokesperson should NEVER be trusted.

The best thing to do with this misfit is to ignore him. He’s spends his time stalking a few FReepers who have the audacity to stand up and speak out against the failures and incompetence of the Republican Party apparatus, and its moderate-centrist-liberal wingnuts. Of which he is a member in good standing. He is no conservative. Just another phony with bizarre behavior patterns and wild postings.
