Va. Tech Gunman Named

Virginia Tech officials today identified the Virginia Tech student who killed 32 people and then himself on the Blacksburg campus yesterday as 23-year-old Cho Seung-Hui of Centreville.
Cho was a South Korean native who had immigrated to this country, the university announced on its Web site this morning. He was a senior majoring in English, and lived in a dorm on campus, officials said.

So ,of course, ABC botched the “two suspects” story last night.

I have no idea about that aspect. I will say its very unusual to read of a gang member committing this kind of attack on a random group.
Given we know he was a student, that makes a ‘gang connection’ highly unlikely as it relates to the shootings yesterday...but you never know.

Not to mention its ‘normal’ for people to target shoot throughout the Appalachian region. I’m in southeast Ohio. Around here, they think you are ‘odd’ if you don’t target shoot from your porch...(chuckle)

I agree, but they also failed to point out his recent purchase for “Deadly Accuracy with a Pistol on only one month” at WAL-MART.
The two shootings were related.
