I screwed up. The "no's" (No. Violent shootings are isolated incidents and it's irresponsible to link them to gun control.) are winning.

The poll should be worded something like this:

A) No. Law-abiding armed citizens can save lives and prevent tragedies such as this.

B) Yes. Making the crazed killers who already committed tens of gun-related felonies in addition to murdering more than thirty people guilty of a few more felonies will prevent tragedies like this in the future.
