If true, there is still one killer on the loose. I want to know if the murderers were on a jihad. You cannot rule that out these days, until they rule it out based on evidence.

He said the deceased shooter from Norris hall is NOT the POI.
Nor does the Deceased match the desc of the dorm shooter.

Then said they “interviewed” the POI but did not take him into custody.

So how I’m hearing this is there is probably a domestic in the dorm leads to 2 dead and the shooter gets away. But POI is interviewed later, but not arrested. He was found off campus.

Meanwhile the shooter from Norris Hall (the Chinese guy) is a seperate guy.
