I don’t think Rudy will be #1 in the polls anymore if/when Fred Thompson enters the race.

Well only time will tell. I can’t say he will but I know that Fred will knock Romney and McCain out in one sweep. At the end I think it will be Rudy vs. Fred in a very tight race. But then that’s just my opinion.

I’m looking forward to seeing Mr. Thompson finally end the speculation and declare his candidacy for the Republican nomination— and get in the fray.

Only then, can we see what his presence in the Republican field does to Mr. Giuliani’s front runner status among republican voters.
