"Diplomats fear the case of Levinson could mark a new twist in apparent tit-for-tat detentions involving the United States, Britain and Iran," Maybe we'll all get lucky and they'll abduct Pelosi when she goes to Iran. But that would never happen, the Iranians know she is their friend.

I guess his risk assessment was a little off when it came time for planning his trip. Why on Gods green Earth would a US citizen “visit” Iran? I think IF he survives this, he will need to have his head examined when he returns. I hope it turns out well for him, but I have my doubts.

"The Financial Times quoted one of Levinson's associates,
Dawud Salahuddin -- himself a U.S. citizen wanted by U.S. authorities for an alleged murder in 1980 -- as saying he and Levinson had shared a hotel room on Kish on March 8."
'scuse me? wonder what the deal is on that?

Yeah, I do not understand why an ex-FBI agent Robert Levinson would be visiting Iran. It is interesting to see that the Iranian’s are capturing people left and right. Recently, they took 15 of the British Navy hostage.
