I had no idea it was the 100th FReep. I was there, under-dressed for the weather, in the snow and slush. A couple of soldiers passed by and thanked us, a Gold Star mom came by to thank us, it was great! I also met some FReepers from around the country, which was also fantastic as this was my first FReeper event.
I thought I would freeze, but it was worth every minute. I'm proud of all of us.
Congratulations on your first WRAMC freep! Since you survived your baptism by sleet, you'll certainly be welcomed back whenever you can make it. Just to let you know, most of the "regulars" have learned to carry an extra bag in their car with extra clothes, coats, gloves, socks, rain gear, signal flares . . . :-)
