Spiderman fraud suit exposes Hillary election deception - Stan Lee caught in her web of deceit

In the first three fraudulent reports to the FEC for her 2000 Senate campaign, Hillary reported that Stan Lee had given a $100,000 check.

In a Dec. 2005 CONCILIATION AGREEMENT, treasurer Andrew Grossman admitted the failure to report $721K. The campaign was fined $35K and the FEC ordered a fourth amended report. Suddenly, the $100,000 has magically disappeared from the report. Nevertheless, Hillary still claimed that Stan Lee gave $225,000 in-kind. She knows that is not true. She knows that he has testified to the contrary.

WORLD NET DAILY ARTICLE THAT REFERENCES MY PHONE DISCUSSION WITH LEE IN APRIL 2006. He was shocked that he was named as a donor and maintained that he gave no money.

STAN LEE VIDEO DEPOSITION. He gave no money, and Hillary knows he gave no money. Incredibly, Stan admitis to "switching checks."

$1 million fine in check switching case. They charge that last year Fireman and Nichols used a Hong Kong company to channel $69,000 to their relatives and co-workers, who in turn sent individual donations to Dole's campaign. The scheme transformed

Fireman's small company of 35 employees into perhaps the largest single identifiable source of contributions to Dole's campaign.
Fireman and Nichols used a similar scheme to filter $24,000 to the Republican National Committee in 1992, $21,000 to George Bush's 1992 re-election campaign and $6,000 to Joe Kennedy II's 1993 congressional campaign. In all, the illegal contributions totaled $120,000. Prosecutors called it one of the largest campaign money-laundering operations in U.S. history.

The plea bargain requires Fireman to plead guilty to 11 out of 74 felony counts and personally pay a fine of $1 million. The deal allows prosecutors to recommend to a judge that Fireman be sentenced to 6 months in prison. Aqua-Leisure agreed to plead guilty to 70 felony counts and pay a fine of $5 million. Nichols plans to plead guilty to one felony charge and pay a fine of $7,500. She could be jailed for up to five years, although prosecutors agreed to recommend a less er period of home confinement

CHECK SWITCHING AND STRAW DONORS

MICHELLE MALKIN STORY
Though he doesn't have Kodak moments to show for it, Jimenez also connected with Democrat Senators Bob Torricelli of New Jersey and Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts. The U.S. Justice Department campaign finance task force says Jimenez -- a foreign citizen barred from making hard-money contributions to U.S. elections -- poured funny money into Clinton, Kennedy and Torricelli's coffers through an illegal straw donation scheme involving 23 of his employees.
It is illegal to disguise the true source of campaign contributions and evade limits by making donations in the name of another. It is illegal to reimburse individuals for political contributions. And it is illegal to use corporate funds for donations directly to candidates.

MORE STRAW DONORS

HILLARY RECEIVES DEMAND LETTER FOR RETURN OF ILLEGAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Here is lying weasel Howard Wolfson spinning a tale to the WASHPOST. Hillary wanted people to believe Lee gave $100,000. Wolfson was foolish enough to admit that Event 39 cost a million dollars.

And now for something that may be really problematical for Lee. Here is part of the 10Q report to the SEC for the period ending the third quarter of 2000. This is really amazing.

Lee admits in the SEC document that he gave no money and that money was reimbursed. Why didn't Hillary and her treasurer use this official information instead of ignoring it and filing fraudulent FEC reports? Because he has allowed the fraud to continue after being given notice, does Lee have a problem being caught up in Hillary's fraud? We shall see.

The Bush Justice Department, Noel Hillman specificially, charged David Rosen and let Hillary and Grossman off the hook. They should have been charged. The evidence is so obvious that Stevie Wonder could see it.

Both the bombshell $5 billion lawsuit by Stan Lee Media against Marvel and he civil case Paul v Clinton are going to cause Hillary considerable grief. The Clinton role in the collapse of Stan Lee Media will finally see the light of day. DON'T MISS THE YOUTUBE PRESENTATION. Hillary dear, you can't hide forever.

Paul v Clinton comes to Los Angeles Superior this year. The $5 billion suit by SLM against Marvel is also a monumental development. I don't expect that she will ever be charged with a crime. If the best we can do is save our country by keeping her out of the Oval Office, that will be a good thing.

Your bottom line is what matters, doug. If we can keep her out of the Oval Office is right on. If that is accomplished, you can take some credit, for sure. Thank you.

Stan does not want to fight back or do anything to Hillary. He is ignoring his responsiblity to set the record straight. He is disavowing the SLM suit against Marvel.

Of course I wish you the best. I saw that you made it to 100-(1948-2048) so I assumed you made it through. Seriously, a lot of people had better hope Hitlery loses because she is vindictive and mean and we can't put anything past her.

I actually have a picture of myself laying by the cannon in Ft. Marcy Park when I was there in 1998.

Will a US Attorney be handling the case? If so, was one already assigned to it?

Is, will or has a US Attorney, recently fired or not, handling/handled any of these issues?
