The only way men in the workplace can get the playing field back to level again is to file their own complaints of harassment. These complaints from men should have come years ago. Fifteen years ago while working in HR I carried the business card of an attorney in San Diego who specialized in handling mens cases. I would tell my guys get your shot in if warranted and get it in first in writing.

It's a tough life being a member of the silent minority. Day in, day out, it's "Hey sweetie, let me get a squeeze on that luscious butt of yours!" It's sooo demeaning when the girls just look at you all day, winking and casually rubbing your leg under the conference room table.... Oh yeah, I know what they're thinking. But, but, damn it, I'm more than just an object for lusting eyes... I'm a human being, I have feelings you know!...
